New Premises Secured for Altecnic Limited – Caleffi Group
Hawksmoor, as retained agent for Altecnic Limited were pleased to successfully project manage the acquisition of additional warehouse and distribution premises off junction 14 of the M6. The property comprised the Triton warehouse and offices extending to 115,185 sqft at Redhill Business Park, Stafford, ST16 1WQ.
The identification process in the search for new premises involved the careful assessment of vacant land, employment land site allocations, sites with and without planning permission, new build developments, existing properties, and their associated delivery timescales.
Having secured main board approvals from Italy and Jersey, contracts have been efficiently simultaneously exchanged and legally completed.
Following a period of sustained growth for Altecnic, the new property adds further warehouse and office space and represents a significant investment in Altecnic. This investment will allow Altecnic to further expand its stockholding, scale assembly operations, and develop a dedicated training centre.
