We have built a long standing relationship with Hawksmoor over the years.  Hawksmoor were appointed to project manage a mixed use outline application on protected employment land, including main river diversion approval, a subsequent Section 73 application, two reserved matters applications, three Section 106 Agreements, mediation, viability review work, marketing and the unconditional sale to Bellway Homes Manchester.

Former St James' Church and Agricultural Land, Pipe Ridware, Staffordshire

Due to potential problems with HS2 and Covid we were recommended to appoint Hawksmoor as acquiring agents to help in the purchase of a de-commissioned church and adjoining glebe land from the Church Commissioners and Lichfield Diocese.

Hawksmoor were incredibly helpful at every turn and we could not have achieved such a satisfactory and timely result without them. On many occasions when we were overwhelmed by set-backs and delays, their experience, professionalism and dogged determination helped us to get the project “over the line”; we simply could not have done it without them and we will be forever grateful to all of the Hawksmoor staff who were involved in the project.

Drakelow Park – Project Management, Land and S106 Negotiations, Site Disposal

"Hawksmoor were appointed to project manage the strategic planning and development of our site in Drakelow, South Derbyshire. In this role Hawksmoor have acted in a number of capacities including: assisting in the successful grant of planning permission for a controversial planning application for an access link road to the major road network, negotiating a number of land agreements, and project management of a planning application for a mixed use development of approximately 2,200 homes, including negotiation of an extensive S106 agreement, resulting in the successful grant of permission in 2012. Hawksmoor have more recently acted as selling agent for phase 1 of this development to a national housebuilder. The drive and determination of the Hawksmoor team has been evident and has been key in bringing our successful long-term development forward. Change of Use to Veterinary Surgery

Following my purchase of Hawksmoor's former premises at Uttoxeter, I instructed them to apply for planning permission to change the use to a veterinary surgery.  Being very familiar with the premises, the applicaiton form and drawings were readily prepared and submitted to East Staffordshire Borough Council and I was kept fully informed of progress throughout the application process to the eventual consent being granted by delegated powers.  Hawksmoor's service was 'second to none'.
