Grantham Road, Radcliffe on Trent
On behalf of the landowner, Hawksmoor supported the planning team in finalising the planning permission for up to 280 dwellings on land north of Grantham Road, Radcliffe on Trent.
At the same time, we acted in a sub-agent role to Avison Young in the sale of the land to Spitfire Homes. The sale was completed in March 2022.
