Derby Road, Doveridge

On behalf of Gleeson Developments Limited, outline planning permission for 85 dwellings off Derby Road, Doveridge was successfully secured in November 2016 across approximately 5.6 hectares (gross).  The greenfield site was located outside of Derbyshire Dales District Council's settlement limits for Doveridge and was promoted as a sustainable extension through their emerging 2015/16 Local Plan.  As the applicant's land agent, Hawksmoor initially identified the site and thereafter took an active part in the site's project management which resulted in planning permission being granted by negotiations with Derbyshire Dales District Council's planning officers.
