Hawksmoor have acted for the landowner for 6 years in the promotion of this greenfield site on the edge of Etwall in South Derbyshire.
Firstly, Hawkmoor promoted the site through the initial stages of the planning process before identifying a housebuilder to take forward the promotion.
We negotiated an option agreement on behalf of our clients, which has resulted in a planning permission being obtained for 100 new homes.
A second phase application will be submitted shortly for a further 100 homes.
The housebuilder will now seek to exercise the option which will involve the negotiation of the price for which the land will be acquired.
